National Police Week
Hey friends. Rick and I have been in Washington DC since Monday morning taking in all the National Police Week events, plus ministering alongside the Code3 team.
If you've followed my blogs for any length of time, you know that last year this time, Badge of Hope and Code3 combined efforts by handing out over 1500 Bibles and numerous tracts to law enforcement personnel around the memorial wall and in tent city.
This year, we chose to just hand out the tracts and some other items we had regarding our ministries, etc., and to be a listening ear waiting for God's prompting.
Below are a few of the pictures we have taken so far on this trip. Rick and I left DC this morning, and made our way to Bangor, Maine, where we will be presenting a marriage seminar this weekend to a group of law enforcement couples. Sooo...more pics to follow. :)
