Judgment is a Comin'

Friends, I usually do not post one blog on top of another...maybe I should, but it is probably wise that I don't.

Today, however, I am grieving.  Our nation has now picked up the gauntlet of Sodom and Gomorrah, recognizing and celebrating same-sex marriage.  Hear what is written in Isaiah that is fitting to today's Supreme Court decision:

"The look on their faces testifies against them; they parade their sin like Sodom; they do not hide it.  Woe to them!  They have brought disaster upon themselves." Isaiah 3:9

Let me just say....a nation...a person, can only stray so far from God before there is extreme consequences.  We can look back throughout history and see where nations were destroyed when their leaders (and people) forgot God and went their own way.

We have now crossed over that edge...the line in the sand, and are headed for dark times. Now is the time to repent.  We must get on our knees and pray for God's forgiveness and deliverance.  We must humble ourselves and seek God while He still can be found.

Gone are the days of God's protective hand.  Our reward as a nation will be judgment.

Yet...

                 in all of my despair....

                                       I have hope.

My heart and faith are steadfast.  I seek refuge in the God who created the universe and everything in it.  He makes my footing firm, and to my soul He gives rest.  His promises, likewise, are sure:

"Tell the righteous it will be well with them, for they will enjoy the fruit of their deeds." Isaiah 3:10

Friends, if you do not know the Lord today, do not delay.  His coming is very near.  We are in the midnight hour and at any time He could return.

Prophecies foretold thousands of years ago are being played out accurately down to the last detail.  Are you ready for His return?  Do you know 100% that you are saved and will spend eternity with Him?  If not, please, please message me.  I would love to share with you how you can be certain.

As for our nation, continue to pray.  Continue to stand for truth.  Continue to be a light and hope to those around you.  God will honor and bless you for your faithful service and unwavering faith.

Trudging on,
Kristi
