Home at Last and Back in Full Swing!

Whew!  It has been a whirlwind trip!

Rick and I left out on June 1st and got back home June 11th, after visiting two states, numerous beautiful sites, and conferences on three consecutive days.

June 1-3, we were invited to take part in the "Above Reproach" Law Enforcement Conferences in Clovis and Fresno, California.

The third day, Rick and I presented our marriage seminar to the Chaplains of these areas, so that they may better understand what officers deal with and know how to minister to them.

After the conferences were finished up, we spent the next several days sightseeing at some of the most beautiful places on earth...The Sequoia Forest, Hume Lake, Yosemite National Park, Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, Santa Barbara harbor/beach, Simi Valley's Reagan Library, and of course the Hollywood sign!

We are so appreciative of all those who gave us a bed to sleep in and treated us with great hospitality.  California was awesome!

From there, we flew to Phoenix, AZ to see Rick's best bud and his wife.  They took us around to a number of sites like a wild west museum, Boyce Thompson Arboretum, Roosevelt Lake, Apache Trail and Canyon Lake.

A lot of driving, but so worth it!!  Did I mention that Arizona is hot?  REAL hot.  And no, dry heat doesn't make a difference.  It is still hot.

Finally, we flew back home on Sunday tired and exhausted, but ready to get back at it.  So, lucky for you, I should be posting things again frequently now that I am all relaxed.  Lol.  Get ready!

Blessings,
Kristi
